LSC provides services of a clinical psychologists for our television productions titled Face to Face and Papa Penny Ahee respectively.
Letta Consulting Services (Pty)Ltd have successfully supported The Housing Development Agency (HDA) with the coordination and facilitation of employee annual wellness program on the 1 4 and 1 5 of June 2021. The following are the health screening processes and support provided: •Cholesterol testing •Blood pressure testing •Body at percentage testing •Glucose testing •HIV screening pre-test &post-test counselling •Awareness program workshop
This serves to confirm and highly appreciate the Letta Consulting Services company to successfully render the following services to Sub-District 1 Primary Health Care Employees: -Mental wellbeing activities to Managers and staff during Covid pandemic. -Motivational session to Managers and staff. -Trauma debriefing to staff who were emotionally traumatized. -Provide material on Employee Wellness and Mental Wellbeing. -Support visits with her team to admitted patients in ODI District hospital. These services started from 2015 in ODI hospital and 2019-to date in the PHC clinics and has improved work productivity and a state of hope and awakening amongst our staff. Letta Consulting Services have successfully provided services for The City Power with the following services; • Input and validation of EAP referrals to psychiatrist/other health professionals • Assessment of psychological fitness e.g. mental health • Trauma debriefing - support to employees and family • Provide guidance and psycho education regarding mental health matters as wel a s educational articles • Strategically support employees and their family members and assist them to cope with effects ofCOVID-19 e.g. bereavement counselling etc. • On a monthly basis or as per need arises in consultation with theEAP/Wellness Team shall discuss the identified psychological issues, health data and trend analysis, emerging organizational health risks and report to management • Provide management consultation regarding employee's job performance • Generate, consolidate and submit reports and statistics on a monthly basis • Provision of monthly mental health topics newsletters • Facilitation of Mental Health Awareness Workshop
