This serves to confirm and highly appreciate the Letta Consulting Services company to successfully render the following services to Sub-District 1 Primary Health Care Employees: -Mental wellbeing activities to Managers and staff during Covid pandemic. -Motivational session to Managers and staff. -Trauma debriefing to staff who were emotionally traumatized. -Provide material on Employee Wellness and Mental Wellbeing. -Support visits with her team to admitted patients in ODI District hospital. These services started from 2015 in ODI hospital and 2019-to date in the PHC clinics and has improved work productivity and a state of hope and awakening amongst our staff.
